UAB „Elektros inzinerija“ engineering services include design, supply, production, configuration, factory acceptance tests (FAT) of control, RTU (Remote Terminal Unit), SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition), transformer substation data network, smart electrical network systems and its separate elements (panels) as well as supply of complete systems and its separate elements to the Buyer. We supply these systems for electrical utility and railway transport segments, power plants, industry. We perform commissioning works of supplied equipment on site and final site acceptance tests (SAT) – complex check of signals, measurements and control commands with other SCADA systems, automation and primary equipment of the Buyer. Projects have been successfully carried out in Lithuania, Latvia, Georgia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and received very good appreciation of our Buyers. Training of maintenance personnel of the Buyer is the integral part of our each implemented project.
We design, supply and produce relay protection and automation systems and panels according to technical specifications of our Buyers, perform factory acceptance tests (FAT), configuration works and commissioning works on sites. Our specialists have accumulated huge experience in supply and commissioning of relay protection and automation systems of newly built and reconstructed 6 kV and 10 kV switchgears and distribution centers, 35 kV, 110 kV, 220 kV, 330 kV transformer substations. Projects have been successfully carried out in Lithuania, Sweden, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan.
Telecommunication equipment is an integral part of our supply whenever we offer complex solutions encompassing relay protection and automation, control, RTU (Remote Terminal Unit), SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) systems. We perform design and implementation works of telecommunication, power line carrier (PLC) and radio or radio relay (microwave) communication. Projects have been successfully carried out in Lithuania, Latvia, Georgia and Kazakhstan.
Accomplishing long term accumulated experience of our employees we supply to our Buyers primary electrical equipment : high voltage 110-330 kV circuit breakers, disconnectors, instrument transformers, surge arresters, power transformers; medium voltage 6-35 kV instrument transformers, surge arresters, distribution transformers, etc. as well as perform installation supervision of supplied equipment.
In order to secure reliability of electric power supply we provide uninterruptable power supply equipment (UPS), AC and DC auxiliary supply boards with chargers and accumulator batteries.
In 2015 our company together with the partner created the prototypes of smart electrical grid devices : device for determination of the feeder with earthfault based on recording of initial processes EDD-100 and overvoltage recording device of electrical network with supervision of insulation reserve ORD-100.
Our goal is to create recording and evaluation devices of different disturbances for smart electrical grid applying methods of digital analysis and technologies of recorded and simulated transient processes. Devices created for smart electrical grid have to determine duration of disturbance, recurrence frequency, recognise reasons of disturbance, determine level of overvoltages and current deviation during disturbance and evaluate influence to reliability of smart electrical grid. Such devices should not only record different parameters but integrate, analyze and evaluate influence of disturbance to electrical equipment and it‘s insulation reserve.
